I just finished this book and Absolutely loved it!! It was my first book by this author although I own all of her books, and was extremely impressed and pleased with the plot, pacing, banter and romance of this story. It is a definite 5 ⭐️ read for me. And, I greatly recommend it.

The storyline starts out strong and ends just as strong. I was intrigued right from the beginning and fell in love with Hayes and Della from the beginning. They were made for each other. But I loved the jealousy Hayes showed when Della was dating other men and the extent he went to so Della’s dates would fall through. The banter between the two was superb and provided comic relief at times. It was believable the whole book. I am obsessed with this couple and after reading their story my expectations of mates has been elevated. I was kicking my feet and laughing with this couples antics.

The plot and character development were both great and at a steady but fast pace. There was little slow time with each character learning to deal with their own challenges and emotions. They learned about life and love 💕 together with just a slight third act break up, more a misunderstanding than anything. I love that the FMC Della is a plus size female who has been successful and a confident person! It gives all us plus size women an example to model after.

Hayes owns an auto shop and is called by Della for help after hours. From there, their relationship develops and grows. Hayes falls first although Della is close behind. Hayes is the bad boy of the town and everyone knows this, causing Della’s parents to disapprove of their relationship. His family is very supportive and willing to give advice.

I have read a lot of romance novels but this is the first one in quite a while that has excited me to this point. Yes, there is spice but I rated it a 2.5 🌶️ spicy. As I mentioned before I have given this novel a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. I will be reading the rest of the Hello series soon. The plus size FMCs are inspirational and beautiful characters. Kelsie Hoss is an excellent author who I look forward to reading 📖 more of. Hayes and Della are worth reading about.
